2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain digital services provided beyond the refund window are non-refundable.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

For premium subscriptions, all refund requests and processing are handled by Paddle, our designated payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds will be processed in accordance with Paddle’s policies and fee structure. Please refer to our Terms of Service for additional details regarding payment processing and refunds.
